Sangeeta currently serves as the CEO of Pantaloons and Style Up at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL), bringing with her nearly 35 years of accomplished leadership across four diverse sectors: FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, and Retail. Prior to this role, she was the Managing Director of Kellogg – India and South Asia

Her outstanding contributions to the corporate world have earned her consistent recognition. She was named one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business for 6 (six) consecutive years (2012–2017), and featured among the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Media and

Marketing in both 2020 and 2022. In 2020, she was also listed in Business Today’s Most Powerful Women in Indian Business and honored as "CEO of the Year" at the ET Prime Women Leadership Awards. Within the Aditya Birla Group, she was conferred with the prestigious Chairman’s Award for Leader of the Leaders in recognition of her exceptional business impact.Beyond her executive roles, she has held several prominent industry leadership positions. During her tenure in the food industry, she served 2 (two) consecutive terms as Chairperson of FICCI’s Food Processing Committee. She currently holds the position of Whole-time Director at ABFRL and serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Aditya Birla Digital Fashion Ventures Limited, Sula Vineyards Limited, Signify Innovations India Limited, and the International Gemological Institute (India) Limited.
