    • Identity & KYC Data: Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, photographs, biometrics.
    • Financial Information: Bank account details, income, credit score/history.
    • Transactional Data: Loan details, repayments, purchase history.
    • Device & Technical Data: IP, location, device IDs, browser, app usage.
  • Purpose of Processing Personal Data

    We process Your personal data (ourselves or through service partners) for the following:

    • Assess creditworthiness and loan eligibility.
    • Facilitate disbursement and repayment.
    • Manage and service your loan account.
    • Ensure data protection via encryption, firewalls, access controls, and audits.
  • Legal Basis for Processing

    Your personal data is processed:

    • On the basis of your consent.
    • Where necessary for performance of a contract.
    • To comply with RBI Act, PMLA, DPDP Act, and applicable laws.

    • You may withdraw consent anytime. Data will be deleted unless retention is required by law.
