NAC Partner Charges - Kissht Loan Fees and Charges

This page provides comprehensive information about the fees and charges applicable to loans provided through Kissht's NAC (Non-Banking Asset Company) partners. These charges include late payment fees, penal charges, foreclosure charges, and other applicable fees.
Late Payment Charges
One-Time Charges
Rs. 750 per EMI per instance of default
This one-time charge is applicable for each instance of default and is payable in addition to the daily penal charges.
Penal Charges for Continuing Default
Rate: 0.085% per day of the overdue principal amount
Annualized Rate: 36% per annum
Penal charges apply for continuing default in repayment of EMI and are calculated on the overdue principal amount.
Important Notes on Late Payment Charges
Bounce charges and daily penal charges will be applied if:
- The EMI repayment is done after the scheduled due date, OR
- If otherwise applicable as per the terms of the financing document
These are collectively referred to as "Late Payment Charges."
Foreclosure Charges
Rate: 4% + Applicable Taxes
Calculated on: Principal amount and interest foreclosed
Important: The foreclosure charges will not be applicable during the cooling-off period.
Other Charges
Stamp Duty and Other Cess: Collected at applicable rates from time to time.
Fee and Charge Updates - Important Notice
As and when any updates to the fees and charges are introduced by the Lenders, the borrower shall be intimated about such changes by email or otherwise in the manner prescribed for the same from time to time by Lenders.
Borrower Responsibilities
- The borrower shall at all times ensure that his/her lawful mobile number and email ID is updated with the Lenders
- The Lenders shall rely upon the mobile number and email ID provided by the borrower
- The Lenders shall not be obliged to verify or make further inquiry into the validity of the mobile number and email ID provided by the borrower
- The borrower shall in no circumstance dispute such reliance by the Lenders
