Ranvir Singh is the Founder and CEO of Kissht, one of India’s leading digital lending platforms, committed to enabling seamless and responsible credit access for underserved consumers. An alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Bangalore, Ranvir brings over 25 years of experience across financial services and technology.

Post his MBA, he joined McKinsey & Company, where he spent over eight years advising 35+ banks and financial institutions across India and Southeast Asia.

As an Associate Partner, he led critical work in retail banking strategy, SME finance, agrilending, digital transformation, and financial inclusion, and also supported applicants for small finance bank and payments licenses.

In 2016, he launched Kissht, recognizing the potential of data-driven, tech-enabled lending to bridge the credit gap in India. Under his leadership, Kissht has scaled rapidly, leveraging advanced risk models, customer-first design, and robust governance to serve millions of borrowers.

Ranvir is a founding member of The Fintech Association for Consumer Empowerment (FACE), which has been recognized as a Self-Regulatory Organisation (SRO) by the RBI. He continues to actively contribute to building a responsible and inclusive fintech ecosystem in India.
